Bhd. has gone way back since founding in 1989 located in Tampoi, the first and only professional automotive supplier in Southern Malaysia, who was a leading services provider for automotive and industrial supplies. The company has a number of core business, each representing a pillar of growth.

In 1992, due to tremendous growth we established our first branch in Taman Ungku Tun Animah - Skudai. Hungry for growth, our Head Office was moved to two newly acquired warehouse in Taman Mount Austin in on Jun 1994. Foreseeing a pontential market in Kulai, a second branch was opened there in the same year in October.

To better serve our clients in Pasir Gudang Area (with a concentration of Heavy / Petrol Chemical Industrial Zone in Johor, housing the Port of Johor), a new building was commissioned. In 2001, the 3 storey WISMA ASSIA METAL in Taman Johor Jaya was officiated by a member of Johor State Parliment. This new centre represents a  new milestone of achievements and housed both showroom & Service Center and  provides a one-stop supply centre for industries.
