• Inspect, service and maintenance of air conditioning and chiller system.
• Clean blowers and coils, check tensions of belts & motors
• Install, replace or repair equipment that has been damaged
• Working knowledge of mechanical systems including trouble shooting, repair, and service & maintenance of air conditioning, chiller will be added advantage.
• Maintain record of work performed and parts/materials used.
• To perform any ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
• High sense of responsibility, highly disciplined person, punctual, meticulous on job assigned.
• Able to work individually or in team.

Requirements:
• Experience: Preferably at least 1-2 years experienced in Air Conditioning System service and maintenance job.
• Required Skill(s): Basic electronic/electrical knowledge- General maintenance service, troubleshooting machinery problems.
• Positive attitudes and willing to learn.
• Responsible on job schedule given.
• Expected Start Date: Start immediately
