Lubricant contamination is a continual threat for the food and beverage industry. NSF H1 Lubricants

Cleared for Incidental Food Contact

Lubricants that are NSF H1 certified have been cleared for use in USDA-inspected food processing plants and can be used where incidental food contact may occur. Use for an H1 lubricant include protective antirust film, release agent on gaskets or seals of tank closures, and lubricant for machine parts and equipment. The amount of lubricant used be the smallest needed to accomplish the desired effect.

ULTRALINE FGP-227 Synthetic Grease is specially formulated to provide outstanding lubrication in food processing applications running under heavier loads or subject to high and low temperature extremes. It provides exceptional performance over a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 160°C (up to 200’C in intermittent-use situations), making it suitable for both hot and cold applications. It is recommended as a multipurpose lubricant across all food processing applications including mixing, cooking, stirring, baking, frying, packaging, canning and bottling.
