Frontier Metal Works was incorporation on 19th April 2010 with registration license SSM JM0568686-M and our commencement operation was on 3rd May 2010. This is our twelve years and still counting in this industry. We also certified with ISO 9001:2015. Our premis location at No 6, Jalan Canggih 3, Taman Perindustrian Cemerlang, 81810 Ulu Tiram, Johor.
Starting on 1st January 2022, Frontier Metal Works was converting to Frontier Metal Finishing Sdn Bhd, SSM 1438618-V, SST J86-2112-2200000. It was also sole ownership as previous Frontier Metal Works.
Our nature business is plating on metal surface. We have 4 semi auto line which are includes method type barrel and jigging.
Line 1: for process of clear, blue and yellow zinc plating (jigging type)
Line 2: for process nickel plating both type barrel/jigging.
Line 3: for process chromating, passivate and blue zinc plating (jigging)
Line 4: for process clear, blue and yellow zinc plating (barrel type)

Quality Control of Materials for Plating
Chemical use in Production is supply by MS CHEM (SEA) Sdn.Bhd. & RICA MARKETING (JB) Sdn. Bhd. which will provide continues support on quality analysis and technical assistant to ensure of highest quality of our End Products.
Quality Control and Inspection
Products to be coated will be hang by manual process and also with barrel process. Our quality inspection for Finished Goods is 100% Visual Checking
In addition, our Quality Control Department will randomly check according to ratio of production volume. Report will be given to Customer to reflect the quality of finished products.
Lastly, our Quality Control Department will then measure the film thickness and adhesion test.
The above non-compromise on quality of End Products is our Commitment to our Customer on Quality Assurance.
Our Production Volume
About 10,000 pieces based on 8 hours/day working time, for Jigging process. Our Company will adjust the working hour from time to time to suit our Customers’ needs.
About 200,000 pieces based on 8 hours/day working time, for Barrel process. Our Company will adjust the working hour from time to time to suit our Customers’ needs.
