GEAR MOTORS

An industrial gearbox is a system in which the mechanical energy is transferred from one device to another and is used to increase torque while reducing speed. Gearboxes can modify their speed, torque to convert energy into a compatible format. They are useful in easing out the mechanical functioning in industries.

MOTORS

Motor is an electrical machine that converts electrical energy into mechanical energy. Most electric motors operate through the interaction between the motor’s magnetic field and electric current in a wire winding to generate force in the form of torque applied on the motor’s shaft.

INVERTER SPEED DRIVES

Inverters sit between the electrical supply and the motor. Power from the electrical supply goes into the drive. The drive then regulates the power which is then fed to the motor. Inside the drive, the input power is run through a rectifier that converts the incoming AC power to DC power.

ELECTRICAL AND CONTROL SYSTEM

An Industrial Control Panel (ICP) is defined as “an assembly of a systematic and standard arrangement of two or more components such as motor controllers; overload relays; fused disconnect switches; and circuit breakers and related control devices including pushbutton stations, selector switches, timers, switches, and control relays, with associated wiring, terminal blocks, pilot lights and similar components.”

GLOVE PRODUCTION

Machines were used in the gloves production line. Latex gloves is used as a family, industry, medical, beauty and other industries. Using natural latex, with other fine additives, latex gloves is produced through special surface treatment and to be made for comfortable wearing.
