About KPI PLASTIC
Founded in 1969, KPI Plastic (M) Sdn Bhd is Malaysia’s premier manufacturer of plastic bottles, containers and jars. Over the years, KPI Plastic has also become the top manufacturer of plastic cosmetic bottles and jars; plastic pharmaceutical bottles and jars; HDPE bottles and containers. Starting with only three injection machines, KPI Plastic has expanded its production capacity to ten injection machines ranging from 50 tons to 160 tons of injection clamping pressure. KPI also have more than fifteen blowing machines to produce quality plastic bottles with sizes as small as 8ml eye drop bottles to pharmaceutical containers to high end plastic cosmetic bottles.
  
KPI has an in-house silk screen printing department to print customers’ plastic bottles and containers. Currently we have four automatics machines, three semi-auto machines, a pad print machine and three hot stamping machines to produce lining on the cap skirts. Included in the three automated machines is the new OMSO Novex M automatic silkscreen machine to produce UV silkscreen printing.
 
KPI Plastic is located in Taman Taming Jaya, Balakong in the state of Selangor occupying over fifteen units of factory lots totalling 66,000 sq ft of land. Our production runs on three shifts manned by close to hundred staff. KPI Plastic continues on its expansion mode with plans for a new production facility of over 88,000 sq ft in Pajam Nilai already underway.
 
KPI Plastic produces plastic bottles, containers and jars for the Agricultural, Pharmaceutical, Car Care, Cosmetics and Toiletries sectors domestically and for the foreign markets such as Singapore, Myanmar, India, Hong Kong, USA, Europe, Australia and the Middle East.
  
KPI is in the final stage of obtaining the prestigious ISO 9001:2000 Certificate.
