Founded in 1978, CleanMark began as a family-based label engineering and manufacturing business in the Pacific Northwest. The level of customer service, speed, and quality that founder Lon Martin was able to deliver with his team earned CleanMark a reputation of being a dependable partner.
At its core, CleanMark is a problem solver and believes in the experimental power of engineering. In 1990, CleanMark developed the label technology that is now standard in cleanrooms today. The company is still run by the same family today and continues to leverage expertise in material sciences and print technology to support the innovation efforts of customers around the globe.
Examples of our capabilities include: particle free, low outgassing materials for cleanrooms, strong adhesive materials that can handle exposure to the extreme cold of cryogenic storage conditions, and sterile indicator materials built into the construction of the label which show exposure to gamma or autoclave steam or heat.
CleanMark operates design and production facilities at its headquarters in Portland, Oregon and overseas in Penang, Malaysia.
