Unscrewing System Stripper Plate Ejector

• They are two designs of unscrewing system, hydraulic cylinder unscrewing and hydraulic motor unscrewing for unscrewing the
deep threaded moulded  part. Both  these two designs are applied in our cap mould producing.
• Stripping plate ejector and unscrewing ejector are normal ejector system and applicatable to almost plastic caps mould.

In Mold Closing System

• Multi cavities design flip top cap with In-Mold Closing system.
• Prior to product ejection, automatically assemble the molded product.
• Advantage of IMC system minimize the cycle time and maximum the production efficiency.
• IMC system operate during the opening time of the mold to minimize the impact on cycle time and cut off the secondary process time.
• Pneumatic system or hydraulic system mechanism connect to injection machine sequence to control the IMC system.
