RMS MAINTENANCE SERVICE SDN BHD ( Formerly known as RAINBOW MAINTENANCE SERVICE ) is a cleaning services provider that registered in 1992 for the sole purpose of providing building maintenance
services for service apartment and office block located in Klang Valley.

RMS is well staffed with both foreign and local personnel to meet the ever demanding requirements of our clients. Continuous training of all recruited staffs is a constant feature of RMS as we need to maintain strict quality level of our service output. Our dedicated Operations Supervisor helps to oversee the cleaning tasks carried out and to ensure uninterrupted maintenance of our clients premises.

The type of services are comprehensive in nature and it covers regular maintenance to specialized cleaning of different surfaces; offices, factory premises and even residential dwellings. Customized and contractual
maintenance services are also available on an ad hoc basis involving labour intensive efforts.

RANGE OF SERVICES

• Regular cleaning/maintenance services in financial institution, offices, retail outlets, buildings, factories and residential dwellings.
• Specific tasks relating to specialized surfaces and terrain.
• Provision of machinery and related chemicals for large expanse of areas to be cleaned.
• Home based teams are also available for quick response services.

WORKFORCE

• Comprises of one Operation Manager, one Business Development Manager , Six Supervisors, 100 + full time cleaners & one administrative assistant. The operation manager has acquired good working experience in commercial cleaning sector and a member of British Institute of Cleaning Science
• All employees are given 5 days on-the job training by our supervisor to comprehend basic cleaning skill , equipment operation and safety rule before they are assigned to their tasks.
• Uniform for easy identification

RESPONSE TO WORK ASSIGNMENT

• One (1) week’s notice upon written confirmation of contract

PAYMENT TERMS

• 15 to 30 days upon invoice
