VJC INSULATION, an upgrade of VJC Enterprise, has been serving the industrial sector for the past 20 years plus. Our core expertise lies in re-insulation and refractory services for the oil and gas, bio chem, biodiesel, and other industrial sectors.
We have successfully completed numerous projects across East and West Malaysia, from the southern tip of Johor to the northern region of Kedah. For eight consecutive years, we have proudly served as the insulation and refractory maintenance team for Petron Refinery Port Dickson.

VJC Insulation has successfully delivered numerous pipe wrapping projects across the Oil & Gas and Bio-Chemical industries. Our expertise covers pipes ranging from 6 inches to 36 inches in diameter, often working as a trusted sub-contractor for leading main contractors.
We offer a wide range of pipe wrapping solutions, including:
Petrolatum tapes – ideal for small to medium diameter pipes, requiring no primer and allowing fast application by hand or machine.
Multi-layer systems – incorporating bitumen-backed acrylic tapes with liquid top coats for enhanced durability and protection.
