CleanMark pioneered the label technology that is now standard in cleanrooms today. Our cleanroom labels are manufactured from 100 percent synthetic face stocks, liners and cores in order to use materials that minimize out-gassing and are low in particulates. In addition to engineering labels that are designed to permanently adhere to specified substrates, we offer semi-permanent and removable adhesive options which leave no residue behind. Our production process utilizes an ultrasonic, sub-micron cleaning system that employs an ionized atmosphere to neutralize the particulate matter from the label surface and removes it using a HEPA filter. Each label is cleaned on the top and bottom surfaces to meet or exceed MIL-STD 1264C/LEVEL 25. All our labels for cleanrooms are slit, rewound and packaged in two layers of silicone-free, MDPE nitrogen-purged bags in our Class 100 (ISO 5) cleanroom.
