To comply with Malaysia Factories and Machinery (Electric Passenger And Goods Lift) Regulations, 1970 under regulation 31;
(a) (Maintenance) as to provide service and maintain the lift in your premises once a month including to provide agreement shall be for a period of not less than one year, 24-hour emergency call back service and carry out 2nd schedule inspection
(b) (Notification, Certificate Of Fitness And Inspection) Regulation, 1970 as to assist and to be present by company Competent Person during Jabatan Keselamatan dan Kesihatan Pekerjaan Malaysia (JKKP)’s annual inspection.
We provide 2-types of monthly routine service:
1.GENERAL CONTRACT undertakes to inspect, clean, adjust and lubricate all the lift motors, machinery, controllers and lift cars equipment. The lift contractor will charge for all necessary parts and lubricants required for replacements due to faulty, worn-out, normal wear and tear, parts have been stolen, lost or broken through misuse or wilful damage.
2.COMPREHENSIVE CONTRACT undertakes as in above General contract except to include parts free of charge due to faulty, worn-out, normal wear & tear with the exception of certain parts, theft, lost or broken through misuse or wilful damage.
