With cotton thread backing and adhesives, it has high initial tack and is easy to tear. It is available in multi-colour and is used for general purpose, such as securing wires, sealing packages and repairing. This tape complements the carpet tape during carpet installation for closing the side seams of the carpet so that foot-traffickers does not kick up the carpet and cause unwanted falls.
