Gantry cranes are overhead cranes with their own portal leg supports. They can be single or double girdered and run on tracks laid on the ground. They are most commonly used outdoors where supporting columns are not available or feasible, on rare exceptions, they can be used indoors as well. Standard gantries offer 6 axes of motion: up & down (hoisting), left & right along the girder (cross travel), and forward & backward along the tracks (long travel). Additional axes of motion or special features may be custom designed based on your requirements.
Access ladders and maintenance platform are provided for ease of maintenance of the hoist.
Our crane structure is prefabricated in our own fabrication yard and can be quickly and efficiently assembled at site with minimal need for additional welding or site work.
