1) HIGH PRECISION STEEL FABRICATION
With sound engineering knowledge and training by our Japanese counterpart, NHS is able to design and fabricate any steel structure which required high precision and accuracy. Since its incorporation in 1991, we have a sound record of successfully completed hundreds of projects of various sizes.
To mention a few of our prestigious project such as 2 units of movable factories for Penang shipyard measuring 20m width x 30m height x 120m length, 4 fully computerized high speed handling system in an aluminium factory and 3 fully automatic handling system for a Japanese copper foil manufacturer in Shah Alam, the longest outdoor gantry crane with span of 52.5 metres for a transmission tower manufacturer in Bentong, Pahang, the largest goodshoist for a packaging
company in Johore and many others.
2) OVERHEAD CRANE
This is a combination of hoist steel girders, end carriages (motorised frame with wheels) and other components. As in a factory, a crane runs on a fixed length of steel on top of each adjacent side of the factory. The purpose is for the lifting or transportation of goods or loads within the factory floor area as determined by the length of the steel beams. Cranes can be used within a closed factory area or outdoor and the area of movement is predetermined by the steel structures
guiding its movement.
In most factory setup, overhead cranes are a necessity with capacity ranges from 3 ton to 50 ton. For the crane to be assembled, we need to import the hoisting units, wheels and electrical controls. The rest is the local fabrication of crane girders and end carriages to be fitted on to the imported contents as cranes. The local content fabrication constitutes approximately 45% of the selling price of each crane and with each crane sold.
3) CRANE STRUCTURE
This section deals with runway beams, rails and columns. Normally a customer prefers the crane supplier to install the runway beams, rails and columns as a complete package to avoid possible problems relating to rail alignment, levelness
and parallelism.
We are also able to lay foundation works for outdoor gantry cranes and to a certain extend, small factory structures can be designed and built by us.

Our members of the service team consist of experienced Engineers & Technicians and ultimate importance is given
to the guidelines given by the Jabatan Keselamatan dan Kesihatan Pekerjaan (JKKP). This is to ensure that the goodshoists and hoists and electric overhead travelling cranes are serviced and maintained to be operated safely.
Attention should be given to Approval letters by JKKP to the licensed manufacturer whereby one of the clause
interalia states that the manufacturer and the owner is responsible for maintenance for its safe operation. It
further states that the maintenance must be done by person / persons and or firms with the necessary experience and registered with JKKP. Our adherence to this guideline well ensures that your crane is properly
maintained and also protects the owner from any prosecution by JKKP for any untoward incidences while
using the said crane.

Factory Registration with Jabatan Keselamatan dan Kesihatan Pekerjaan.
-Under the Factory & Machinery Act it is a serious offence for not having registered your factory with JKKP while having in operation fixed machinery. As such with our vast experience in the industry of manufacturing and installing electric overhead travelling cranes and goodshoists, we are offering our services in the area of registering such
factories in compliance with guidelines provided by JKKP.
Permit Mesin Angkat renewal (PMA)
-Since we are the licensed manufacturer we would be able to renew your yearly PMA renewal without much of a hassle. Our experienced technician will advise you accordingly for repairs and maintenance to be carried out before the inspection by officials from JKKP. Our experience will ensure you your renewal.
Steel Fabrication
