Clean Room Pass Box
Pass box is a kind of auxiliary equipment of clean room, which is mainly used for the transfer of small articles between clean area and clean area, and between clean area and non-clean area, so as to reduce the opening times of clean room and minimize the pollution to clean room.
Basic performance requirements :
- Cleanliness requirements in the laminar flow transfer window: class B
- Inner and outer double shell, inner arc treatment, ensure no gap connection
- Negative pressure laminar flow design is adopted, air flow direction adopts up-feed and down-return mode, side return air adopts 304 stainless steel cold-rolled plate punching design, and reinforcing ribs are set
- Filter: primary filter adopts G4, and high efficiency filter adopts H14, with efficiency of 9999%
- Wind speed: after passing the high efficiency filter, the air outlet wind speed is controlled at 0.3-0.4m/s(tested at 150mm below the high-efficiency air outlet flow plate)
