Enclosed conductor rail system is a powerail, protected from contact (IP 23). They are conductor lines in a rigid PVC housing with different copper cross sections for rated currents from 35 - 240A. The current collectors is running in ball bearings which are guided by the housing. The main power is transferred through spring-stored carbon brushes. Compact arrangement, corrosion resistance and simple assembly are its essential features. It is suitable for indoor and outdoor operation especially elongated tracks for cranes, monorails, hoists as well as many other applications.
