General purpose fume cupboards commonly used for light & mild chemical preparation or storage for fume extraction system via an extract air collection duct with the optional Air Cleaner units such as treatment panels Filters-Activated carbon for V.O.C.

2. Perchloric Acid Fume Cupboard
A perchloric acid fume hood is specifically designed for applications involving hot or routine use with perchloric acids and sometimes hot nitric acids. It is normally connected to a dedicated exhaust ductwork. The hood itself comes with a built-in wash down system to remove perchlorate salts from its walls. The interior walls is normally constructed from stainless steel grade 304 or 316 with coved corners to facilitate easy wipe down during cleaning process. Commonly for acid fume is equipment with FRP Packed Bed Scrubber c/w FRP blowers.

Additional Features: Exterior and Inner lining can be offered in:
- EG steel oven-baked in epoxy for exterior and the inner lining in chemical reistant and fire-retardant F.R.P. or
- complete hood of Phenolic Resin reinforced with baked epoxy frame for exterior and Phenolic Resin for internal lining.

Inner Liner
Inner liner can be replaced by stainless steel 304/316. It is built with standard FRP material.
